What is Confidence?
Confidence is the inner knowledge that no matter what you face, you believe that you have the ability to achieve anything.
When that belief is limiting, our confidence or self-esteem is low or non-existent we feel vulnerable, frightened and exposed. Each one of life’s knocks then sets us back into an existence of self-doubt and self-sabotage. It is at this point that we allow others to walk all over us and bully us into fulfilling their needs and wants whilst completely ignoring our own.
Do people put you down? Do they tell you you’re not good enough? Do they say that you don’t have the brain to achieve your dreams? Do you allow this? Do you really believe what they are saying? If you answer yes to any of these questions and you want to turn this around to regain your inner strength and control, please contact me for a free introductory session that will lead you on a journey to rediscovering the truly wonderful person that you are and all the magnificent goals you can achieve!
As a Life Coach I chose to specialise in coaching individuals to build their self-esteem and self-confidence because I passionately believe that when your confidence is solid, you have a foundation of power within you to achieve anything you set your heart on.
